Can the service be tailored to my needs?
Absolutely. We customise every plan to suit your preferences, physical needs, cultural background, and comfort level. This includes choosing activities you enjoy, scheduling them at times that work for you, and ensuring the right type of personal support is available.
Is this service available outside Dubbo?
Yes. While we are based in Dubbo, we also serve surrounding suburbs like Orana Heights, Wongarbon, and Minore. Our team covers many areas within a 20 km radius, ensuring more participants can access community opportunities close to home.

Community participation builds confidence, social skills, and a sense of belonging. By engaging in activities you enjoy, you can improve your emotional wellbeing, create friendships, and develop greater independence in everyday life.
Do you work with other support services?
Yes. If needed, we can coordinate with your other NDIS supports, carers, or health professionals to ensure your community activities are well-integrated with your overall support plan. This creates a seamless, consistent experience for you.

I had been feeling isolated after moving to Dubbo and didn’t know where to start in meeting people. Kindrise Support Services helped me explore local art workshops and community events that suited my interests. They arranged transport, stayed by my side when I needed support, and made sure I felt welcome. Now I attend weekly sessions and have made genuine friends.

My anxiety made it hard to leave the house, but I wanted to be more active in the community. The team listened to my concerns, planned small, manageable outings, and slowly built my confidence. Today, I volunteer twice a week and join a local walking group. Without their patient, respectful guidance, I wouldn’t have taken that first step.
